Apphia Wang MD, FAAD
Apphia Wang, MD is double Board Certified in both Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. She received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Rice University summa cum laude, and earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX. She completed a transitional year residency at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga/Erlanger Health System, and finished her dermatology residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham.
Dr. Wang has presented at various meetings including the Cosmetic Surgery Forum, and has authored multiple articles in journals including JAAD Case Reports, JAMA Dermatology, and the New England Journal of Medicine.
